Order Cancellation Policy

We know that plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation process is designed to be reasonable, clear, and user-friendly for all customers shopping on our website.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

The purchase can be cancelled under the following circumstances:

  • Before Dispatch: If your cancellation request is received before the order is shipped, cancellation is completely free of charge.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once dispatched, the order is considered confirmed. However, you can refuse delivery, and the product will be returned to us. A small return delivery charge may apply.
  • Customized or Made-to-Order Covers: These orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

We aim to process all cancellation requests within 24โ€“48 hours.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If payment was made online (UPI, card, net banking, etc.), a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3โ€“5 business days.
  • If your payment hasnโ€™t been captured yet, the cancellation is immediate and no charge is incurred.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch require no further action.

Note: Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

We reserve the right to decline cancellations in the following scenarios:

  • Products that have already been shipped or are out for delivery
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Orders flagged for abuse of the cancellation policy or suspected fraud

5. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare situations, we may cancel your order due to:

  • Product being out of stock or discontinued
  • Errors in product listing or pricing
  • Unverifiable shipping addresses or failed delivery attempts
  • Issues with payment authorization

Any amount collected in such cases will be refunded in full.
