Return and Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.
Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized slipcovers.
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items on clearance or marked as “Final Sale”.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@applianceslipcovers.com with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, it must follow the return process.
