5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

6. Ordering, Shipping and Delivery

You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. Custom orders require processing time of 2–5 business days.

6.2 Shipping

We ship across India and internationally:

• International: 8–15 business days (excluding customs delays)

6.3 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays due to:

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Standard Orders

May be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

7.2 Custom Orders

Cannot be cancelled once processing begins. Ensure your measurements and preferences are accurate.

8. Return and Refund Policy

8.1 Standard Products

• Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping at customer’s expense unless item is defective.

8.2 Custom Products

Not eligible for return unless incorrect or damaged.

8.3 Refunds

Processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
